Is parking available at the salon?
Yes, we have a car park at the rear of the salon with space for 7 cars
Accessibility ?
The hair salon is situated downstairs with no steps into the salon, with parking at the rear. We have a spacious disabled toilet. The beauty salon is situated upstairs, we can accommodate some beauty treatments downstairs please contact our team with any queries.
Can I book online ?
Yes we have online booking available through our website, if you return to the home page and go up to the right top there are options for the online booking.
Do I need to an allergy test?
Allergy tests are required for colour services, eyelash and brow tinting and lash lifts. This is a simple test which needs to be done 48 hours before your appointment, and repeated on a 6 monthly basis. We will not be able to accommodate your treatment without a valid skin test.
What is the cancellation policy?
We would appreciate 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, if it is less than 24 hours we will charge you 50% of the scheduled treatment. We do send appointment reminders by email and text a few days before so it is easy for you to confirm or cancel.
