Monday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Tuesday: 9.30am - 8.00pm
Wednesday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Thursday: 9.30am - 8.00pm
Friday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know 48hrs before your appointment if you need to cancel.  If it is less than 24hrs notice we will need to take a 50% charge of your scheduled service, which will be added to your salon account.  For your convenience you will receive an appointment reminder by email and text a few days before which makes it easy for you to confirm or cancel your appointment.

Allergy Alert Test

This applies to any hair colour service, eyelash, eyebrow tinting and Lash lifts.  An allergy can develop at any time, so it is possible to have an allergic reaction even if you have not had one in the past.  We require a simple allergy alert test 48 hrs before your appointment and a simple questionnaire to be filled out.  An allergy alert test will need to be done on a 6-monthly basis.

Under 16's

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any technical services such colour or perming on anyone under the age of 16.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on hair or beauty services, however in the event that you are not happy we will do our best to make sure you get the result you wanted.  Don't ever feel uncomfortable, please contact our salon manager or email us within 24hrs of your appointment, our main priority is to ensure you are happy with the service you receive.  We value any feedback and use any complaints to continually improve our service.

We will offer an exchange for any product that is unopened and not used, if faulty, a replacement or refund will be offered within in 14 days of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.

Prices   

All our prices are a guide price and may vary depending on the service you require.  A detailed price can be given on consultation prior to your service.

Deposits

For all appointments that exceed 90 minutes or for any treatment package a £25 deposit will be required when booking, this is redeemable at your service.
