Coronavirus Information

We are now all in the swing of things and have adapted the salon to meet all new guidelines, we have gone above and beyond to make sure your experience is a safe one. 

All beauty treatments are now available at the salon.  

We are operating by appointment only and the salon is a little different, so here is what to expect:

We will require a covid-consultation form to be filled in prior to your appointment and for each visit to the salon.

Please arrive on time to your appointment and come alone where possible as we have a limited waiting area. You will be greeted by a member of our team. 

We will check your temperature and ask you to sanitise your hands on arrival. 

We will provide a small bag for your personal belongings please only bring essentials with you, you will need to hang your coat up and use the protective covering provided.

We require you to wear a face covering, these will be available at reception for a £1 charge. 

We are unable to accept cash payments at this time, only contactless and card payments.

The refreshments we can offer will be water or sparkling water, unfortunately we cannot offer magazines at the moment.

The stylist looking after you will be wearing a mask and visor/googles, and additional PPE. The area will be cleaned and sanitised after each client, all tools and equipment will be disinfected in between clients and we will be regularly washing our hands.  All touch points, waiting areas and toilets are cleaned regularly thoughtout the day and a full salon clean is completed everyday.

We will be so pleased to see you, our warmness and skill have not changed, we want you to enjoy your Tonic experience ensuring your safety is our main priority.
